Think about it Thursday: Don't Stress Yourself Out

Feeling stressed out, tired, overwhelmed and anxious? You’re not alone! Life can get uneasy at times, whether you are a college student, work full time, or both. Here are some ways to deal with stress:
  1. Exercise - Jogging, yoga, kickboxing
  2. Cook
  3. Dance it out
  4. Read a book
  5. Listen to music
  6. Watch your favorite movies
  7. Girls night out/girls night in
  8. Do it yourself activites 
  9. Relax - Bath, meditation, take a break
  10. Pamper yourself - Mani, pedi, hair
